At Colindale Dental, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care to our patients. We believe the time spent with each patient for their care is invaluable.
Due to the high demand for hygiene appointments, we will now charge for missed time if patients cancel at short notice or fail to attend their appointments.
We also require pre-payment for hygienist appointments upon booking (if payment has not been taken – your slot is not confirmed and may be offered to someone else).
Patients are required to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel a hygiene appointment. Cancellations should be made by telephone at 020 8205 0337 or email at info@colindaledental.co.uk (telephone calls and emails are not monitored outside our working hours).
Please be aware that if you arrive late for your appointment and the hygienist is unable to see you, this will be considered a missed appointment, and the above cancellation charges will apply.
If you arrive late and are seen by the hygienist, they will only be able to provide you with an appointment for the remaining time; you may need to book a further visit to complete your cleaning, and our normal hygiene charges will apply.
We have a long waiting list for your hygienist services, and unfortunately, wasted clinical time is unacceptable.
